Smart Pest Prevention is a state of the art pest control service on the big island of Hawaii. I was introduced to the founder of SmartPest through his writer, my friend Rich Binell.

The client was relying on leads to come from their Google ad campaigns, but their existing designs were not performing. They tested many different content themes, but were getting nowhere. I helped them see that their existing imagery was drab, and even confusing. I also clarified that their black-only logo was the better one to use in advertising,

I redesigned the ads and created subtle but charming animations to draw just enough attention without being annoying. In fact, the green-themed ad with the ant that falls off the leaf, does play only once. That one was being played more than once by users, apparently so they could enjoy seeing the little guy fall off again. The target audience responded really well to my ads, and the client's business was finally getting the attention they hoped for. Their lead generation went up demonstrably, and so did sales. It was  very satisfying to be able to make such an improvement for them.
