VENDOR MANAGEMENT

My client Bob Crane of Fix Your Tax Problem, Inc., (a tax debt resolution firm with offices in all 50 states), needed booth signage and a brochure to accompany him to the annual Convention for Business Networking International to be held in Honolulu. There was not a lot of time to produce these pieces in time, so I wrote and designed everything based on a phone interview with Bob. On his approval, I turned the print-ready files around quickly and sent them off to his printer.

The printer in Minneapolis alerted us at the last minute that they weren't able to make the brochure deadline after all. I sprang into action very early the next morning and got bids from two different printers right on Oahu. Ultimately, we gave the job to the plant located just a few blocks from the Honolulu Convention Center, and the signage and brochures made the deadline a full day before the Convention was to begin.

 

What a success! Everything looked wonderful, and now Bob's company has compelling brochures and signage which tell's the unique story of his best-in-class tax resolution service — helping them stand out against the backdrop of an otherwise intimidating and impersonal industry.
